Payment

HeroClothing Aps accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.

Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed upon or specified in your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms and conditions of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment.

All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

HeroClothing Aps uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is safe and cannot be read by others from outside.

 

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-30 working days because we deliver "OnDemand."

Delivery area: We deliver to all countries within the EU and EEA.

HeroClothing Aps ships goods with the following: GLS - Erhverv, GLS - Privat, GLS - Pakkeshop

The shipping cost is calculated based on weight.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery."

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can track your package from our warehouse to your home.

 

Right of withdrawal

A full 14-day right of withdrawal is granted for goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed to or specified in your order.

The 14-day period starts the day the order is delivered.

You bear any return costs.

A request for withdrawal must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

A request for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent to info@herobyahlgreen.com, to which the standard withdrawal form must be completed and sent (according to the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).

 

The condition of the item upon return

You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to other handling than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties, and function. This means that you can try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that you will receive a lesser or no part of the purchase amount refunded when you withdraw from the purchase. It is up to HeroClothing Aps to assess the condition of the item.

 

Complaints

A 2-year complaint right is granted for products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The complaint right applies to all defects in software, material, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to HeroClothing Aps within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is waived for the incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

HeroClothing Aps covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
